Wrong size or simply changed your mind?

No problem. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Just return the item to its original condition within 30 calendar days from when you received your delivery. You will need to have the order number to hand; just include it in your return with your full name and address.

Take the parcel to your local Post Office using the returns address provided on your parcel. You will need to cover the cost of return postage unless you can prove the item you received was faulty. We suggest keeping a proof of postage for added reassurance and consider a recorded delivery service for higher value items.
