Domestic orders generally arrive within 5-10 business days after dispatch, while international shipments may require 10-20 business days. Seasonal peaks or unforeseen carrier delays may occasionally extend these estimates, in which case we'll proactively notify you.

Order Tracking
Within 24 hours of shipment, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information. For consolidated orders with multiple items, you may receive separate tracking numbers which will all be visible in your account dashboard. If tracking information doesn't update within 3 business days of receiving your notification, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work with reputable carriers, occasional delays may occur due to weather, customs inspections, or logistical challenges. If your package hasn't arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date, please email
